I just read today’s forecast and we may be getting another hit from Old Man Winter here in mid-Michigan. Evidently, OMW had not been informed by Al Gore about Global Warming.
To be on the safe side, I am going to get all my mom’s errands run today, and then, I won’t have to stress about the potential large accumulation of snow.
I have started spring cleaning, and currently am tackling the basement. I have already ventured into the black holes known as my sons’ bedrooms. My younger son is in South Dakota working and currently lives here full-time, so I really cleaned like there was no tomorrow in his room. I organized my older son’s bedroom a little, but I will cut him some slack because he has his own apartment, wants to buy a house, and comes here to visit infrequently.
Next, I will begin organizing the garage for my BEST DENIM SALE EVER.
I want to go to the Hospice Thrift Shop today and see if they have any more silk flowers. I love making my arrangement with recycled silk flowers.
I bought a picture the other day and I am going to decorate the frame with seashells because it is a beach scene. It’ll one of my items on my “craft” porch when Shabby Shack is opened.
All is well. God is good.
